Delivery Costs
Trespass offers priority delivery as standard to all customers. This means that if you order by 1pm on weekdays, you will usually receive your order within a few working days. If you miss the 1pm cut off, your goods will either be shipped later in the day or the very next morning.
Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 8am and 5.30pm using Parcel Force. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year e.g. Bank holidays, during sale times and seasonal holidays. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than times specified.
If you know you will not be at home to accept your order, why not choose to have your order sent to your work or to a relative during the checkout? Alternatively, please use the instructions box during the checkout to instruct the courier of a safe place to leave the delivery or a neighbour you trust.
If no instruction has been stated and you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the Parcel Force depot, and leave you a card instructing you how you can pick it up.
