Successful applicants will be motivated to deliver results and be able to motivate and bring the best out of their staff. Previous management experience is essential.

An interest in outdoor pursuits would be advantageous; however someone with a strong commercial drive and a proven track record in delivering sales in a demanding retail environment would be an ideal candidate.
